2. Ordering
By placing an order through this website you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse any order.
3. Pricing and payment
All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs, if any, will be added at checkout before you confirm your order. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store your full payment card details.
4. Shipping and delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and are not guaranteed. Title to the goods passes to you when the order is delivered.
5. Cancellation and returns
If you are a UK or EU consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods for any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at support@chimesafe.com. Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging and in resalable condition. Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
6. Faulty or damaged goods
If your order arrives damaged or develops a fault within the warranty period, please contact us at support@chimesafe.com with your order details and photographs where possible. We will repair, replace or refund the item at our discretion.
7. Product information
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images and specifications are accurate. However, minor variations may occur and specifications are subject to change by the manufacturer without notice.
8. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Our total liability to you for any loss arising from your order is limited to the amount paid for the goods.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order will apply to that order.
